Inter Milan's official website confirmed that goalkeeper Julio Cesar will not take part when they met Juventus in a game titled "Derbi D'Italia", Saturday (29/10/2011). Julio Cesar should be absent because of injuries suffered on his left thigh muscle.
Injury is obtained when the Brazilian goalkeeper Inter drew 1-1 with Atalanta on Wednesday (10/26/2011). He should be pulled out in the second half and was replaced by a second goalkeeper Luca Castelazzi.
After undergoing further tests on Thursday (27/10/2011) morning, it is known that this injury is an injury recurrence. As is known, Cesar've got the same injury when he was defending Brazil in the international arena some time ago.
It is not certain how long Cesar will miss. However, some Italian media has been predicting that the player will be parked for four weeks.
