Midfielder Cristiano Ronaldo scored a pair of goals in a decisive victory over Lyon Real Madrid 2-0 in the first day of fourth phase of the Champions League group at the Stade de Gerland on Wednesday (11/02/2011). Goal was 99 and 100 since Ronaldo joined Madrid in 2009.
